SANPA Provincial Meetings - book your spot and be part of the change

Stakeholders in the paintball community will get together to discuss the various components and challenges of the sport and what we can do to move forward and together growing the sport we love.

We invite all interested parties (importers, shop representatives, field representatives, league representatives, club representatives, team representatives, school representatives, media, municipal and government representatives or anyone with a general interest in the sport whether directly or indirectly) to attend these meetings.

Meetings will start with a more formal discussion about the sport and what can be done to grow the sport, as well as the challenges in the respective provinces. Afterwards there will be a dinner in the form of a buffet another great opportunity to just meet on a social level and get to know the other family members in the paintball community.

Topics of discussion:
* Role and Focus of SANPA
* Voice between various stakeholders and government with regards to sport and talking on behalf of the sport
* Looking after fields / safety of players and spectators / field requirements
* Referee training and support
* Promoting the sport and those supporting the sport

Provincial statistics
Importers/Shops/Fields can share about their business and focus areas as well as any current challenges faced
Provincial requirements to grow the sport in the province/nationally
Social, Field, Club and League events
Sponsorships
Team input on dates/costs etc.
How we can work together to grow the sport -> relationships between importers/shops/fields/leagues/teams

Dates and Venues:

14 Jul 2013 – Gauteng – Carnivore Restaurant, Muldersdrift. Cost: R220 per person which includes a buffet dinner with a cash bar available. Start time: 14:00

20 Jul 2013 – KZN – Pinetown Premier Hotel, Pinetown. Cost: R220 per person which includes a buffet dinner with a cash bar available. Start time: 14:00

27 Jul 2013 – Western Cape – Nelsons Eye Restaurant, Gardens, Cape Town. Cost: R160 per person which includes dinner with a cash bar available. Start time: 14:00

3 Aug 2013 – Eastern Cape – Planet Paintball, Port Elizabeth. Cost: R160 per person which includes a spitbraai with a cash bar available. Start time: 14:00

17 Aug 2013 – Free State – Emoya Conference Centre. Cost: R250 per person which includes a buffet dinner with a cash bar available. Start time: 14:00

griffin paintball is opening up on the 29th june, with a game for own markers and own paint.

we can get paint for you guys but you would need to order and make a deposit.

Hello forum

I am going to try my luck does anyone want to sell an AGD automag? The type doesn't matter. I would prefer ULE, but if not it doesn't matter. If you have mag parts that you want to sell i would be looking at those too. I already have an X-valve which I am not selling. I know that there was a classic or minimag running around here somewhere but that got sold to be never seen again.

So in short any mag and/or mag parts you want to get rid of let me know.

Hi All

I play for the team Brutal Affliction, which plays in the SARPL 5 and 3man Div 4 events in Gauteng. With some calculation we have determined that most of our players will be promoted to Div 3 for next years season if we place top 3 for the rest of the events this season. Our home field is Nova Paintball.

At the end of July one of our team members is leaving (moving to england) and we are in search of a replacement for him (preferably with some speed ball experience to start practicing with the team on a tryout basis. and play 3 & maybe 5 man events with us this year if we feel you will benefit the team. we are a very close team, we like to have fun and are very dedicated.

Out of the 4 players we have that will be staying they are
Eugene (back)
John-Henri (back/mid)
Oliver (Front)
Rob (back/mid/front) primarily front.

we are looking for a player the will play the mid/ position. Who will be dedicated to the team practice when we get together for practices (at least 2 weekends a month). and will fit in with the other players. Placement on the team would be conditional that we feel you will be beneficial to the team on and off the field. like a tryout stage.
