Hey, long time, just read this thread and decided to put in some input....
Try Bunker monkey? they do the firestorm tops, demon crushers and they looke pretty decent.

Also try http://www.deadbox.co.za they import custom raza tops, the package is 5 and comes with a banner i think, price im not sure. the raza jerseys are king.... all stars,deadbox plays with them.
